I'm approachable and jovial. I love my hometown London and I love to travel. I have been working in digital design for ten years on projects for multiple platforms and devices with a variety of banking, transport, telecom and media clients including HSBC, Steer, O2, Microsoft, First Great Western, RBS Group, Monitise, The British Film Institute, VISA and Channel 4. I love working in the digital medium because it is constantly evolving and you can always make things better.

I'm a creative thinker with strong visual design skills and a keen eye for detail. My focus is on working collaboratively with colleagues, clients and their customers to create user-centered digital experiences. I'm curious and I ask questions. Lots of them. I enjoy observing how people interact with the world around them and use these insights to create engaging and usable designs. I love finding desire lines, like the one in the photograph above, to see what people do as well as what they say.

I'm a regular attendee of meetups and conferences including UXPA UK, Tech for Good, Beyond Tech and London Web Standards. I also attended a Cognitive Psychology UX Bootcamp to find about more about the inner workings of the human brain and how to apply that knowledge to my work.

I like meeting other people working in the digital design industry, sharing stories about different ways of working and taking opportunities to broaden my horizons and think big!
